Dead Sigmatel 3500
My player didn't recognice any file (mp3,amv,avi) it said "No file" but the FM tuner was OK, then I tried to update the firmware with mp3 player utilities v.4.00 and said no device detected. I found sigmatel updater application on enclosed cd program then I installed and retried to update the firm ware,the program detected my player but the current firmware version(900.000.000) didn't match with the updater(002......), I had no choice as a matter of fact my player just like FM tuner then I hit start button. The result now becoming surely dead player even the computer detects as "PLAYER RECOVERY DEVICE CLASS"..... Help me to find the way out guys!
