Dead mp3 player

Hi! i,m new here! My mp3 player dead after downloading songs and i do not know how to fix this problem and my PC cannot even detect the player please help because i do not know whether this is a harware or software problem.

blue , do you have a backup of your firmware?

Also, i'll suggest you open your player and identify the processor's serial number first (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2097, etc).
