decent14 , there are many v3.5.35 firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3535-dc15.html and v3.5.37 firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3537-dc16.html
which you can try on your player.

There is no way of identifying which firmware would work properly with your player, so you'll need to try every single one for your screen size until you get the working one.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

decent14 , if all those firmwares do not work, try contacting your seller and see if they have the firmware to send to you. If not, then there is nothing much you can do.

decent14,

Who/where did you get your player from?
I think lattesurf was referring you to contact the person who you bought it from. Also check on the CD that came with your player to see if there are any .fw, .bin or .sb files on it. Those are generally firmware files. I know some players I have came with the firmware file on the CD.
