I.ve also got a problem with the same chipset. All i get is a hourglass on the player. when i plug it into my usb port my laptop picks it up but it can't find the correct drivers. Any help or a forum I've missed to help would be appreciated. Thank you.

whareph , perhaps you'll need to install the ADFUupdate drivers for your computer to detect the player.
Take a look at this guide, and follow the steps in Red to install ADFU, http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html |

Great. I'm getting somewhere. I get the usb icon on the bottom right of the task bar, but it's not recognised as a dirve in my computer. Any idea's on what to do now. Thanks.

whareph , now you'll need to start MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool and see if it detects your player. If it does, then you'll need to start trying all the v9.xx firmwares for your screen size here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...ware-dc37.html
The player's removable drive would only appear after a compatible firmware has been flashed into the player. |
