hello to all member i have problem with my mp3 player that stand on searching and one mp4 thats stand on blue display and i connect it with computer that says found new hardware and no accpeted any driver

tarunvishal , so when you connect the player to the computer, MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool does not detect both players?

If so, you'll need to perform the Dead Player Recovery here http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html

You'll also need to identify the processor's serial number (ATJ2091, ATJ2085, etc), to know which set of firmwares to try on your players.
