Default dead player

i used the clone program before i crash my player but i'm guess i left songs on there and it also put that in the file cause the dump.bin is almost a GIG in size. also now i can't get to my player through explore, it's getting detected though and stuff but it doesn't show the drive under my computer, any thoughts?

red_pen , is your player currently being detected as an ADFU device? If so, you'll need to flash in a compatible firmware before it would appear in My Computer.

and to do that i need to use the mp3 utilities and just try and find a compatible firmware?

another thing is, is that it's getting detected as an adfu device, but when i try and use the mp3 utilities program it will either hang on "downloading restorable main program" or tell me "invaild firmware" or it will tell me that my device is not connected and close. should i just give up? i really don't want to. maybe i'll have to wait and try everything i can. this is the link that shows what kind of player i have if that helps you help me hehe.

red_pen , since your player is now in ADFU state, you are currently lacking a suitable firmware. Do you still recall your previous working firmware viewed from the player? If not, you'll need to open the player to identify the processor's serial number (eg ATJ2091, ATJ2085, etc).

For the hanging and device not connected problem, a solution would be to uninstall the current MP3 Utilities, and re-install another version. There are many versions in the downloads section to used.

For the invalid firmware, what file format did you use for the firmware files? Most firmwares downloaded from the forum are compressed in .7z or .rar or .zip format and you'll need to unpack them first.

ok so i found a version that supposedly works it does its thing and then it pops up "Upgrade is Success, the program will exit" but my player still just has a glowing white blank screen and i still can't get to it through explorer.

red_pen , the "Upgrade is Success, the program will exit" message only tells you the firmware has been successfully flashed into the player. It does not tell you if the firmware is fully compatible with the player or not.

So you'll just need to keep trying all the firmwares until you hit the right one.

red_pen , basically if you do get the right compatible firmware into the player, you'll start seeing signs of life in the player. You should be able to see the screen and buttons working.

Device Name :LISONG MP3 Player
Productor: Wilson Co. Ltd.
Version: 9.0.50
Flash Chip: 2514d3ec "HYNIX/SAMSUNG 1024MB (LBF)"
