The firmware you have loaded is for a player with a different screen type. Your only hope of recovery is finding another firmware that works with your player.

Hi. Here you have 2 x 9.0.50 and 1 x 9.0.51 for your type of player. I am NOT sure it will work but worth the try if it's dead. Please post the results after you try.

All right. Don't panic, i got that too and i was scared. All you have to do is this:

1. Dismantle your player

2. Connect it to PC

3. Turn it on

4. Do exactly like in this picture but FAST. I mean scroll fastly on the memory chip pins with a paperclip UNTIL your device is recognized as an ADFU device. But don't keep the paperclip on the pins or you will burn it! Just scroll it a few times over the pins. It will ask you to install some drivers. You will find the driver in C:\Program Files\MP3 Player Utilities 4.13\RDiskUpdate\driver. Browse to it and install it.

5. After windows installs the driver, just try to update firmware.

So you can't put new firmware until it is not in ADFU mode. If it does not go in ADFU follow this steps here (the steps in red)

And please report back.
Good luck!

Hi! The white screen means that the board ID is different. I searched some more firmwares on this site and i found a few that could work. Try this ones too:
