Dead 2" mp4 player

Hello, I have bought 2" mp4 player with a nokia battery, but after few days the battery blown and became hard to take the back cover off. After that the screen became white, but the player still connects to the pc and plays songs. But doesn't show nothing but white screen :( Can someone help/advice me what to do?
The mp4 is like this:

If that fails, this is my last idea:

Try to flash this but with S1WFX. You can get it from Downloads -> Tools.

Remember this can't be used without that tool. Use only s1wfx to try it.

Nothing happens :( I'm thinking could the battery damage the player?

Yes, unfortunately that battery fail could have killed something in it but i wouldn't be so sure because you stated that you could connect it to the pc and listen to music before the accident. I have no ideas what's left to do, but I'd get a new one if I were you ;). A rockchip based player would be much better than this one. I am sorry this didn't fix your problem :(.

Yes, Rockchip players are multi-tasking, you can play music and browse the menus at the same time, they are capable of playing quality Mp4 (.avi ) movies) and have a miniSd memory slot (up to 2GB). the music quality is very high and they are stable (no problems with lockups or crashing)
Screen sizes are 220x176 (2") and 320x240 (2.2"), Built in memory sizes tend to be 1GB to 4GB.

Don't know if any are available from Ebay as I try to avoid buying anything from Ebay unless I really have to. There are a few on Uxcell and the prices are less than ebay prices.
In all you get a very good player for very little more money than a cheap ipod clone.
Link:- Uxcell

If you want a Rockchip player, I would definitely recommend a Meizu. You can get a 4gb from NewEgg for $99.00. JTC Electronics and House of DAP also carry them, but they are a little higher. Walgreens also carries them, but after reading some of the complaints at Meizu Me forum over shipping and customer service, I wouldn't buy from them.
