My Mp4 Dont Works, can you help me?

My mp4 player dont works, it fails when i desconected from the pc, and when i turn on remain a loading screen.

Next is the specification:

Cpu: atj2091n
Memory: Toshiba th58nvg4d4ctg00
board: b803 v2
Capacity: 2GB
Screen: 1.8¨

Black clone nano ipod,

i have been proving some firmwares, but nothing, only the versión 9.0.48 recover the loading screen to original, i think this firmware is the correct but i cant make this working,

if you can help me i ll apreciate a lot,

maybe u need to reflash it...have u done reflashing before...??

do you mean reflash when you make a short circuit?, i make a bridge between 2 terminals of the memory, and windows detect like a usb 2.0 (HS) ADFU Device, and i used the MP3 Player Upgrade Tool for load the firmware, but i still have the loading screen and dont access, i think i have the wrong firmware,

i ve tried al firmware version 9.0.xx , i m thinking the correct firmware for this mp4 is 9.0.48, but im not sure,

in other section of this forum there are some chinesse webpage with a lot of firmware. but i dont know chinesse and google translator cant help,,
