E-Zipy falcon white screen

E-zipy falcon player work but screen is white.I can play music connect to pc. Uxcell glacier firmware is no correct. Can anybody help? chipset CTW500; motherboard: MP388; memory :SAMSUNG 625 (K9L8G08U0M);
