Default help its stay on the Hourglass


i like to have emergency help i buy two mp3/mp4 and i format after i read in this forum its not probably real 8 gig now its 1gigs the probleme its the tow after my dougther play with some game its close and now when i try to open its stay to the Hourglass.
i try to do a clone with a working one and when i try to doit the programe
s1clone and when i show im the good mp3 he dont see the clonign file , now i dont know what to do and my kid go back on her mother home saturday.

somebody could help mee please. verry please thanks.

I am having the same problem, I turn the player on and it stays on the hourglass, I still have not been able to find out how to fix this but I am still looking. Any one who can help please let us know what to do. Thanks

hi
have you tried removing some files when connected to computer - cos my player went funny when added files over 1 gig but it was fine before

help my mp4 is also stuck on the hourglass, plugged it in last night when i went to bed got up this morning to use it and now it is stuck on the hour glass and isn't even recognized by my computer, what do i do????

Have a look at the Dead Player Recovery Guide --> here.

Follow the instructions there and hopefully you can get your player back to normal.

If that doesn't work, then most likely it's a problem with the memory chip inside.
