Hello!

Sorry, for my poor english...

I got a new "Mp4 Digital Player" with 4GB

I want update the firmware and now the player has only a white screen.

this is my Player:

Please help me and say me what can i do....

Hi. That is not a real 4GB player. You have been scammed. These players cannot have more than 2 GB of memory. I suggest you to contact your seller and ask for a refund ;).

alex2pb , the Samsung K9HBG08U1M is a 32Gigabit (4GigaByte) memory chip. Also, these players do support upto 4GB of memory.

Erdna1982 , i'll suggest you try all the v9.0.xx series firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html
From the picture, it looks like your player is a 1.8' screen, so just try those of the same screen size.

@lattesurf, my bad... I've seen so many hacked players lately and only a few with the advertised memory that I didn't even bother checking the chip in the capacity list.

Sorry, but i tested some of these firmwares and i got no success.

MP3 Player Utilities shows me:

Lisong MP3 Player
Wilson Co. Ltd
Version 9.0.51


..i tested some of the 9.x.xx firmware and i always have a white screen.



...Can somebody help me, please :(

yes you have same problem with me my MP4 cannot be detected by PC it was my fault i don't have to update my firmware..

can you recover my MP4??? so my MP4 detect again
