Hy...I have the same thing thah the others...When i bought an mp4 player,it worked.I read in Instruction manual about this firmware update,what was on the cd.I installed and updated the player,and from that time the screen on the player is white...i have warranty for the article.do you think that they change or fix it?

Hi,
I sent the Player back to the salesman. At the return transport the player get lost (that says at least the ebay salesman ). => Complete loss for my. I did not send back the package as registered package. My mistake.
