PLZZZ HELP |
luhempatel , have a look in the CD that came with the player, sometimes it comes with a firmware file either in .fw or .bin format.
Install MP3 Utilities and see if Disk Tool or Upgrade Tool detects your player? If it does, try a format first, guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html If MP3 Utilities does not detect your player, then you would need to perform a Dead Player Recovery, guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html However, the recovery is not a 100% solution. And in most cases i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange or refund. As your current firmware version is not supported by the extraction tool as yet. |

luhempatel,
Reading about your player, it didn't say anything about flashing or upgrading your firmware. So all you did was to turn it off using the [on/off] switch then this problem started happening? You didn't flashing your player or tried to upgrade the firmware on it? If that is the case, then that is a serious problem with the player itself and it seems the player itself is more at fault. I've had lots of players where I've used the [on/off] switch and I've never encounted this problem before. Is it still under warranty? |
