ACT2097_S72_1 - batteri problem !! help

i have a mp3 ACT2097_S72_1 25/04/2006
firmware 9.0.43 29/04/2006
i have buy it recentely but i have same problem with the battery duration.. i cannot use cthis because after same second it bleck out !! i attach it on the usb for recarge the battery icon tell me that the battery is recharing but afther more hours of recarghe i try to use it but alwayis afther same second this power of and the empty battery icon appear !!

woth i can do ?? i need to chane the battery ?? or may be a firmware problem ?? please help me !!

just a question : have u upload new firmware ? if no, don't do it yet

try one of thoses solutions,
- first a battery problem try your battery if u can in another mp4
- battery charge problem, try another battery in your mp4
- third, if it's a new firmware, may be a firmware problem or battery type
