Disk error!

when i try to open the Music, Video, Picture etc. menu, my MP4 reads disk error, i hope this is a temporary problem.
If it is, how do i correct it?

it seems that you've formatted it in the wrong format..the only feature in your player that you can use is FM right?
try making a dump of your firmware and use the dump to upgrade your firmware.
(i cant guarantee the safety of your player)
That one happened to me also.
but i made the wrong choice of updating it without a backup of my firmware.

sir format your mp4 frist before you upgrade it!
