player death :(

hey guys,

have a big prob,

has make a firmware update,
now the player is death an windows dont find it after the update
so i dont can make a downgrate becouse the update tool find them, too
if it possible to rescue my player?

yesterday i has try it but without success!!!
is this guide for the most of mp3players or is the different between the mp3players to great?
my player besides don´t find @ windows as usb device
