MP3 upgrade tool

I am trying to recover my dead MP3 player, however i do not know how to go trugh the next step:

"Now the player is in a state where you can upload firmware so open the MP3 Upgrade Tool".

How could i go to MP3 upgrade tool?

Can you help me with this???
