Default Bad Sectors in MP4 player

Hi, I have rockchip player with 320*240 points display and 1 Gb memory.

When I try upgrade firmware, Consumer Update Firmware write "There ate too many BAD blocks"

I try used Nand_tool.exe for Onda 979. Nand tools write set flash type error

Memory chip - Samsung
RockChip RK2608A

I can switch player in "update" mode.

In explorer in "nomal" mode I see 2 disk, but I can't format they.
Please HELP me.

If NAND TOOL is not working then you will need to do a HARDWARE player recovery:-
