Default Almost Dead player

I was trying to upgrade the fw of my player (okay, I AM stupid) and accidentally killed him. After many fw tested, I found one that work almost fine, except the screen is mirrored as split in half. All the functionalities are ok, but the damn screen makes it almost impossible do see or read anything. My question is: that fw used would be better if I used another version of mp3 utilities or not? If not, can someone help with a fully working fw?

Version 9.0.48
Samsung 616
k9hag08u1m
b803 (written on the edge of the board, don't know if it is of any help)

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

lhoucomaniac , it would not matter if you used another version of MP3 Utilities. The problem currently is that the firmware file itself is not fully compatible with your player. It could be due to the LCD driver file.

As your current firmware version is not supported by the extraction tool, and this is the best firmware you can find now. i'll suggest maybe you just bear with it and use it. It beats having a totally dead player.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
