Dead unknow mp4 player

Here is the player:

Samsung 707
K9LAGO8UOM
PCBO
I search a firmware for this mp4 player to recover it please help me

bennymc , what is your processor's serial number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2091, etc)?

where is the number?
i have only a number under the display of the green board :

bennymc , it is a square black colour chip with pins on all four sides, about half the size of the memory chip.

thanks lattesurf i#ve found the right firmware but it stops and says error .
then i've seen that the display is not right connect so the player is history :roll:
