Installed wrong firmware, only shows blue screen

sir i have a mp4 player which has a rstarting problem this is mp3 verison 9.1.51 and i m do wrong firmware at present thats show only blue screen and not connect with usb plz help me

Please have a look at - Dead Player Recovery Guide.

You will have to unfortunately try to find the correct firmware for your player. Try looking on the CD that came with your player. It might have the firmware on there if you are lucky.
