MP4 Saytes white screen. looking for firmware ATJ2091N
 

I've got an MP4 from www.saytes.es, MP4 Rocky:

Chipset ATJ2091N, memory samsung 643, 1,8" lcd, radio fm, 2gb memory.

Saytes sent me de firmware 9.0.50 and the software Mp3 player utilities 4 but when I tried to change firmware I got white screen... I don't know which one is the problem.... If someone can help me I will send him firmware maybe the problem is in it?, size is 7 mb.

its the same make MP4 player

Joan Carles , likely you have flashed an incompatible firmware into the player. Now you could either try all the v9.0.xx series firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html
Or, contact your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.

Manufacturer insists saying this is the correct firmware but it doesn't work, and gives an error in some programs if I try to open it, why?
can someone help me?

Joan Carles , what kind of errors do you get? Is your player able to play music and videos properly?

I've got white screen with the firmware than manufacturer sents to me, they insists this is the correct one, if I try to open it with mp3 player product tool it gives me an error, and I' can't open it with any program like s1res.exe...,
If I open it with mp3 player utilities it takes a very long time thinking, seem that has any problem this binari file, but seller sent it to me two time the same file...
has anyone any idea?

I ask to seller/manufacturer, www.saytes.com for an older version for example 9.0.48 but they say they only have this, my mp4 was working since they sent me this version .... and now they are washing their hands... :evil:

Hey Joan Charles,

I got the same player too...I tried to flash it with new firmware (I didnt read any guide b4 :() so...I screwed up my player...and now become white screen... if you fix ur player..pls guide me thank you. I need a dump file for that?
