mymp4 player's MEMORY might have gone, because when I made a
connection between the pins on one side of the chip but computer doesn't see the memory anymore. It just sees adfu; so, i can't upgrade. what can i do :?:

selcuksl , you'll need to flash in a compatible firmware first before the player's removable drive would appear in the explorer.

If you keep getting the write error message, try uninstall and use various other versions of MP3 Utilities instead.

What version of the MP3 Player Utilities are you using to flash your player?

Unfortunately you have to keep trying different firmware until you find one that is compatible with your player.
