guys i need your help. i crashed my sony mp3 player. where can i get its firmware? version 9.0.50

or how can i make it work again?

i tried putting a new version but mp3 player firmware upgrade tool stops when upgrading on the part that says "displaying the communication picture"

As there is no way of telling which firmware would work properly with your player, you'll need to try all of them until you get your player working again.

If the upgrade tool always hang while flashing the firmware, try uninstall and re-install another version of MP3 Utilities. There are many versions available in the downloads section.
