lolipop , unfortunately there are no tool available that i know of that could extract Sunplus firmwares. So you'll have a problem locating a firmware for it.

Most cases, Sunplus players once dead, needs to be sent back to the factory to be factory-resetted. i would suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.

i try to remove flash ic chip and i will update the firmware
