Hello, I have bought a Lisong 1.8 LCD 8GB mp4 player.
exactly like this http://www.mympxplayer.org/image-asp253.html and I have tried to upgrade the firmware, the program showed me an error "unknow flash" or smthg like that. my mp4 become DEAD! when I turn it on I can see only the white screen and nothing more. however after few tries to "reheal" it with new firmware, my pc don't recognize it now. "Unknow USB device". I have tried to install new drivers, update them, but nothing happends. so can you tell me what to do to fix it or I need to use it like a flashlight in the dark? :((((((((

Hi, you've got two major problems. The first is updating your firmware. Never do it or you get the results you posted. The solution to that is find out what firmware version you're using and then visit our downloads section and try to find the right version to put back on your player. It might be some trial and error until you find the right one.

The second problem is that you did not purchase an 8gb player. It is hacked. The person who scammed you hacked the memory to read 8gb. If fools your computer into showing 8gb. It will show you loaded 8gb worth of files to your player and then when you try to play them you get errors. This is because it is not loading all of the file or writing ghost files to your player.
