MP4001 is recognized like Massive Storage device USB

Hello to all, I have a MP4001 of which comes in an original small box. I view the photo in the forum.

It is a black model and the keys are in a silver-plated or white strip…

The problem is following… the mp4 poweron, but i dont copy anything, , began to copy and in the end it gave an error “ES”

From Linux if it let to me write something more to him, but by far work, had to be removing it and putting it constantly.

In summary it tries to update firmware to him with the tool Sigmatel Update and I update well.
now single recognizes it like “Player Recovery Device Class”, when I give him to update firmware happens to recognize itself
like Massive Storage device USB, but anything inside. that is it does not have capacity.
And when I disconnect it and I connect again it happens to “Player Recovery Device”

Try to update firmware with some archives that encontre for Sigmatel and begins here
to happen but through 75% it gives error of impossible to update.
