Sure thing pandaX. I'm cloning with s1clone right now, hope this works for you!

edit: the file is 140mb rarred!?

lattesurf 25th Aug 2007 7:17 pm

tom99 , the S1clone creates a raw image file of the whole player, thus the large uncompressed filesize of nearly 1GB, and compressed size of 140MB (like what you have now).

S1clone creates clone thats why its name is "clone"..this tools support v9 series firmware...but it only would be useful if u have two identical player with same hardware..and the image file is really big...

Alright, thank you! So if I flash my player now with another firmware and it turns out to be useless I can reflash with the s1clone image backup without any problems?

PandaX, do you want me to upload it somewhere? Megaupload maybe? You have to be sure you've got exactly the same player. Cheers!

tom99 , it's not guaranteed to be able to work fully with your player. The S1clone has not been fully tested to be fully compatible with all v9.0.xx players. Some users report it works, some reports it does not.

Re: firmware 9.1.51 anyone?

Can anyone please help, I'm looking for the following firmware:

LG MP3 Player
KJ7513008-V1
CM50012
2007/05/11
ACT_V9.1.51

Others in this forum have mentioned 9.1.51 firmware but I'm not sure if there's is the same as mine.

Now I have another problem,
I connected my player, but everytime i try to use mp3 utilities it says "Device Not detected!" does that mean i need a new usb?
