Your flash chip is 256 megabytes, if you didn't know already.
Players around 2005 will be using the 3.x.x series firmware. http://www.mympxplayer.org/firmware-dc4.html |

Your device is now in ADFU mode and ready to accept firmware. Read the directions for flashing firmware in the knowledge base portion of this site. |

blaster83 , your player would be using the v3.5.xx firmwares.
v3.5.35 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3535-dc15.html v3.5.37 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3537-dc16.html As there is no way of telling which firmware would work with your player, you'll need to try all of them (for your screen size) until you get a working one. Once a suitable firmware is flashed, the player would appear as a removable drive in explorer. There are quite a number of them, so good luck. |

blaster83 , the firmware flashing is a trial and error method. Nobody can tell which firmware would work exactly with your player.
Some people who are lucky get the right one after a few firmwares. Some tried all those in the downloads section and still can't recover their player. |
