Your flash chip is 256 megabytes, if you didn't know already.

Players around 2005 will be using the 3.x.x series firmware.

1. Turn off caps lock.

2. Look here if you don't believe me, http://www.samsung.com/global/busine...Nand_Flash.pdf 2G bits = 256M byte.

Your device is now in ADFU mode and ready to accept firmware. Read the directions for flashing firmware in the knowledge base portion of this site.

blaster83 , your player would be using the v3.5.xx firmwares.
v3.5.35 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3535-dc15.html
v3.5.37 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3537-dc16.html

As there is no way of telling which firmware would work with your player, you'll need to try all of them (for your screen size) until you get a working one.

Once a suitable firmware is flashed, the player would appear as a removable drive in explorer.

There are quite a number of them, so good luck.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
