Default Black screen, dont turn on and Windows doesn't detect it

when i tryin to change firmware of my mp3, i used "mp3 player product tool" software, my mp3 doesn't respond in Windows XP, shows a black screen, dont turn on and Windows doesn't detect it. Dead at all.

can somone help me
