Default looking for firmware: atj2091h 9.0.49 for an MP3

My mp3 is corrupt it doesnt show anything on mp3 fw upgrade tool
is there a way to erase all firmware to start from zero?
this was the original fw
s1 mp3 player
wilson Co. Ltd
version 9.0.49
