Also I have the same problem.
If you have recovered the player you could tell me how you have do.
If you could send me the firmware for the player

selva , currently it is not possible to extract any firmwares higher than v9.0.43 as there are no tools available. All the v9.xx firmwares available are here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...ware-dc37.html

If none of them works for you, then i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.
