MP4 Player Kingzon- Lisong ist tot

hello, i have a problem with the mp4 player, on the cover stand for Kingzon, the firmware was however Lisong 9.1.52(or 51). Inside is a Samsungchip. It has 2GB memory. On that 2. Chip stands for AK 1025. However the Player did not function. A song only 10 seconds ran before with the Player, then it switched off. Now closed I it on mean PC and he lights up only and is dead thereafter. Where do I find the firmware? What can I do for revival? Please help me, is the equipment of my daughter.

sharon_1 , your player would be using the v9.xx firmwares here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...ware-dc37.html

You'll need to install MP3 Utilities, there are many in the downloads section here http://www.mympxplayer.org/mp3-playe...ties-dc44.html
Next, start Upgrade Tools and see if it detects your player.
If it does, then you'll need to try all the firmwares for your screen size in the link above.

Player recovery is a trial & error method, so you'll need to try every firmware for the player's screen size until you get 1 working with your player.

Please, can somebody to tell me, i have kingzon player with 2GB, and i dont can look video on kingzon, know somebody wit is format for video on that kingzon, firmver is 9.1.52; AK1025_LKD_04P; ZX-1219Q

Please help i need to watch video.
