Looking for firmware ATJ2085W Egital VP400

i've been looking almost all night for the right firmware for my mp4 player, but i can't find anything...

this is the player:



and the chipset is:

SAMSUNG 619
K9K8G08U0A <---- the big one

F4244A6 553 <---- the one not so big

CF3638 <---- the little one i can't read all the letters...

the player is a Egital VP400, 1 GB, 1.5" screen.


please, if someone knows what version of firmware i have to use to fix it, give a little help... i'm going creazy.

grunsho , your player would be using either the v3.5.35 or v3.5.37 firmwares here

v3.5.37 http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-3537-dc16.html

As there is no way to tell which firmware would work with your player, you'll need to try all those for your screen size until you get a working one. Good luck.

thank you guys... but i can't recover my player, not even with the original FW for it.

i don't know why, but i'm doing exactly the same that the guide says, and i verified that there's nothing wrong with the other parts of the chipset (my pc still recognizes as usb drive).

if you have any other sugestion for me, it would be great.

if not, thanks anyway, i've learn a lot this days.

grunsho , if that's the case, then the firmware is not compatible with your player. Many players look exactly the same on the outside, even have the same menus. However, most would have different internal hardware, which results in different firmwares.

Do try the other v3.xx firmwares for your screen size given in the links above.

yes, i think i've tried all of them... i'll give the last shot tonight, but i think i'm gonna have to get a new one.
