problem whit my PMP

Hi... i need help whit my PMP... I'm from Argentina, so i hasn't got a good English... I'm goingo to try explain my problem... after connect to the computer for some changes, when i disconect it, it stop working...

this is it... when i turn on it, it stay like the photography, I remain labeled

so i need a new firmware for a samsung 722 k9g8g08u0m, thas the chip, and it has an other chip sunplus spmp3050a-hl171 ... i hope you can help me, because here anyone could help me. what firmware i need??? can you give me a link???... i hope i could explain me

nomercy , unfortunately there are no available Sunplus tools for extracting firmware, so there really isin't firmware available. What i'll suggest would be to contact your seller if it is still under warranty.

I have a small problem with that… my aunt bought it in Chile… and i can't communicate with the seller… can i do a backup to the firmware, delete all in the pmp and try to put several firmware in it until find one that works???… and if it doesn't work...is it possible to repair it?(the firmware).i mean the backup

nomercy , there is no way to backup the firmware from your player as there are no tools available for it (none that i know of).

i have found a person how has the same pmp or identic... can y do a backup to her firmware and put it in my pmp

nomercy , i have already said twice that there are No tools available to extract to the firmware. Most Sunplus players need to be factory reseted, so i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.

hola yo tmbn tengo este reproductor, lamentablemente no te puedo ayudar xq todabia no hay algun programa para hacer un backup del mp4 :( ...

viene en chino...

aqui esta en frmware original de un reproductor llamado M780 de Newsmy el cual es exactamente igual al nuestro por afuera, no se que procesador tiene...

pero quiero preguntarte si él antes reconocia más de 512 canciones, y si el firmware q te pase sirve y trae radio, es q el mio aun funciona y no he hecho la prueva
