Unable to play music loaded on my "MP4" player
I have recently formatted my 2GB, ME2 "MP4" player as a way to remove all the files from it. Next, I loaded 1GB of music onto it--but when I go into the music menu an error message pops up and says "No Files!" I know the files are on the player, because the memory is 50% full according to the player. Did I accidentally erase the firmware when I re-formatted the player? If so, where can I find 9.1.52 ?

Re: Unable to play music loaded on my "MP4" player
I actually figured out what the problem was...and it was the most stupid thing ever! (but it might help some other people)
When I originally took the MP3 player out of the box and plugged it into my computer for the first time I opened up the F:/ drive and there was a folder labeled 2.0. Inside that folder were the sample files on the MP3 player. When I formatted my MP3 player, this folder disappeared and I tried putting music directly into F:/. That didn't work. So for the heck of it I created a folder named 2.0 and put my music in it. Everything worked fine after that. Thanks for the quick response, though! Jeepboyfl |
