allright, I'm a little further now, windows detect my MP4 as a USB drive, I can copy files to it but I still see a white screen on my MP4.
Most of the "dead" players seem to come to this point and then stucks on the right firmware to load up, that sucks!!
Thank to the supplier(s) who made all an own firmware to use for the many many different chips
A search for a needle in a haystack. Damn...
