firmware needed (speaker nano)

I need firmware for my ipod nano clone.
9.0.50 does someone has the good .bin or .fw?

and i know how to convert .bin to ur player (with utilities 4.13 diskupdate)
but how to get .fw files to your player?

please help me!

does anyone knows the good firmware for my ipod nano with built-in speaker?
