it stucks at starting when i turn on
and when i connect it it goes into sdfu mode
and i coulndt find the firmware u_u

any idea?

well i opened it and it haves 3 chips and an sticker on the chips
the sticker says :2110103197
the fist one the longer taht is like a rectangle says:

the 3rd chip is small and its unreadble >u<

looks like no one of these numbers are the chip number but i cant check it beacuse the mp3 anatomy doenst let me check it i can see with luck some of this numbers on the other side of the chip :
