ziociccio , you would have bricked your player by flashing an incompatible firmware.

Do you still remember your previous working firmware version?

Does MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool still recognise your player?

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

ziociccio , in this case, then you'll need to follow the Dead Player Recovery guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html

After you have opened the player's casing, identify the processor's serial number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2097, etc).

open ur player's cover. look for the flash chip(34pins). short circuit pin 29 and 30. hold it and connect USB cable. after hearing connect sound from ur PC, release the short circuit. but in first thing to do, u must get ur correct firmware and upgrade software ready.
