Hi. please lissen me. (sorry for my knowledge of English). 5 days ago i have bought the mp4 player. on this player have been some wrong words - and i try to do a another firmware . my player have been 'dead' ( upgrade tool can see the player ) , but i do like i read How to do a New Firmware. The biggest my error - im didn't do a dump.. and i wery regret ... i tryed to do a new firmware many many times - and i have no results. what As I only did not try?.. read the forums read the FAQs \ nothing.. please !.. maybe i something I do incorrectly. my player is like player josechu67 -please tell me what i need to do: i have the version MP3PlayerUtilities4.15 (i tryed another versions to) - and i connect usb to player, put player ON, (computer do ring - that device is found..) - than i run the mp3 upgrade tool (Sometimes I receive the message - something there with "recovery" but not Now..) - and when i has chosen the firmware and click Begin upgrading - my screen of mp4 becomes white.. the program (~20 seconds) informs me on that that all has occured successfully. I click OK. A can wait 3 minutes.. a can wait 3 hours!!! - the screen is white.. its normal? i can wait 5 hours - white screen. then i pull out the usb - turn off.. then i turn on - nothing (once, after the next attempt, there was simply white screen and I waited hour - nothing happens). i tryed to 'do a new firmware' with without the battery, and with it ; i tryed 6 different firmwares, (but suitable..) - and nothing.. i tired to search and tired to try do a new firmware.... I think you can help me. please - what can i do or what i do wrong?
many thanks.!

Try this FW at the below link. It's from my player which is the same as yours. Chip ATJ2092N, version 9.1.51. Hope it helps.

Thank you NautiWood, it works!
After many months I've resurrected my player thanks to you!!!

I've uploaded the firmware to my ftp to be there forever for all the people who needs it. Look at here:

http://www.exclat.com/files/MP4_Digital_Player_9.1.51_firmware_s1clone.zip

Or from MyMPxPlayer.org: Firmware: MP4 Digital_Player 9.1.5.1 (Glacier Like)
