How do I upload my firmware on the internet?

Well I found someone with the same mpx as me and they have the firmware I need.
but they want to know how to find their firmware on their computer or on their mpx to upload it
can any one help me out please?
If you do ill also upload the firmware hear.

pimp_daddy , it depends on what version their firmware is. If it is v9.0.43, then can be reliably extracted with S1fwx v3.2.
