Retrieve a dead player without knowing the firmware?

call me fool!!! but pls help me!!!

It is possible to retrieve a dead player without knowing what firmware it is?

I accidentally upgrade it without a backup??? My player is old model do i have a chance???

yes, it is possible. but, u have to find out what is inside ur player 1.Controller(i.e. ATJ2085),2. PCB model(i.e.MP1000-xx V01),3.LCD model(i.e.KF177-xx-xx V01),4.Flash memory model(i.e.samsung K9xxxxxxxx). the u have a chance to get correct firmware.

If you have an old model you actually have a better chance. If you post a picture of your player (inside and out) then someone may have suggestion as to which firmware version is likely.
