ATJ2085W 1.5' Firmware Needed

Please ,
I have an 1.5', 1GB, ATJ2085W , Samsung Memory with FM as the picture one (on silver).
Please if anybody knows which Firmw. can i use for this i need to know because i've tryied almost all of the ones that are at this page.
