i need firmware and tool to flash my Mp3/Mp4/Game " Bios 3221-9320-5408-MLC V7.2 or other solution to my problem " when i turn on it they appeared this msg: " insert usb line " and press UP to Usb disk or down to low format " thank's

anykal chip. very difficult to get firmware. i am sure ur player is firmware problem. but i can't help. better send back to manufacturer.
