Tu peux telecharger toutes les fichiers firmware ici:

Tu doive chercher le firmware qui etait installe dans ton player. Si le model est nouveau, je pense que il avait le Actions 9.x.x firmware.

Then you have to follow this guide and reset your player into ADFU mode. It's all explained there:

After the player is recognized, you must find a 1.5 inch compatible firmware in the downloads section.

my mp4 is ADFU mode

tijim , when your player is in ADFU mode, you will need to usually flash a Full firmware first followed by a firmware dump. Although sometimes some players might just work with a full firmware.
