Tu peux telecharger toutes les fichiers firmware ici:

Tu doive chercher le firmware qui etait installe dans ton player. Si le model est nouveau, je pense que il avait le Actions 9.x.x firmware.

I try something and I have an error message:

Flash not responding
or
read or write device information failed ! please exit the program and check if device is connecting !

Then you have to follow this guide and reset your player into ADFU mode. It's all explained there:

After the player is recognized, you must find a 1.5 inch compatible firmware in the downloads section.

my mp4 is ADFU mode

but I have an error message with firmware :

tijim , when your player is in ADFU mode, you will need to usually flash a Full firmware first followed by a firmware dump. Although sometimes some players might just work with a full firmware.
