Strange Error (Acer) !!

Hi all

i have problem with my mp3 player

the mp3 player don't open and don't format but i see it in mycomputer drivers
when i start it im see message say (no enough memory)

how i restore my songs and start it good agine

u really need to upgrade firmware.

my mp3 memory : 128 Mb on-board

what is the model of controller?(the square IC)
